About Cat
Cat is a certified Holosomatic Breathwork Facilitator with a passion for helping individuals and teams reconnect with themselves and access clarity, energy, and emotional resilience through the power of breath.​

Before transitioning full-time into breathwork, Cat ran a multimillion-dollar training portfolio spanning public, private, and not-for-profit sectors, from Domestic Violence Prevention to Clinical Governance in Health, Aged Care, Disability Care to HR, Employment Law, Culture and Leadership. Through this experience, she developed a deep understanding of the pressure modern leaders face, the weight of KPIs, and the need for clarity to drive meaningful results while reigniting the ambition and excitement that inspired the business in the first place.

Today, Cat brings her work into a wide range of spaces, from corporate boardrooms to sports teams, to healthcare, to international retreats, and wellness festivals, guiding others to think clearer, feel stronger, and lead with purpose.
